Our Wines


Paglione Estate wines pay homage to the Italian winemaking traditions of the old country, enhanced by the unique terroir of Canada’s southernmost region. Produced using estate-grown or locally grown, high-quality grapes in small batches, our wines are fermented using indigenous yeast, and are unfined and only minimally filtered.
The result?
Fresher tasting, textural wines with more purity of fruit. 
With minimal intervention, nature is left to take its course, yielding a more harmonious finish that better reflects our region and the old-world approach to winemaking.
